1.2 Only remember account, can I find my password back?
If account is registered using phone number or email, you can click “Forgot password?” on MeeLive Login page to find your password back(Note: The email you provide when you register should be an valid email, otherwise it's difficult or impossible to find your password back). If your account is registered using third-party account, you will need to find your password back using the corresponding third-party account.
1.2. Abnormal account
Reasons you can't log in.
1.2.1 Breaking MeeLive community rules or regulations.
1.2.2 Violated purchase.
1.2.3 Sensitive information or special characters included in your nickname.
You can appeal to us by sending your Nickname, Account ID, Channel ID to email@example.com.
2.1 Purchase methods
2.1.1 Enter a channel, click gift icon, then click “Charge”.
2.1.3 If for some reason you are not able to complete your purchase on the phone, you can visit our official site www.meelive.cn, click “Charge” in the upper-right corner, after it redirects, you can select MeeLive Coins(Alipay, Paypal).

2.2 Charge succeeded, but the coins do not affect in account
2.2.1 Please check if the payment has arrived your Apple-Itunes account, but not used to pay for MeeLive coins.
2.2.2 Please check if you by accident has charged for your other accounts. If you have any questions, please contact us by firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please don't purchase or deal coins peronally from other channels but the offical ones. If doing so, you will be responsible for all the possible results may happen to your account.
It may happen because of the following reasons:
3.1 Cellular network issues may cause message loss or delay, you can try to verify your number at another time.
3.2 Please make sure your phone can receive messages normally, try to install the sim card into another phone to proceed.
3.3 Please make sure your phone is not in a halt state.
Please send email with your appeal reasons, appeal type, account information to our official email address email@example.com, we will review it as soon as we can.
4.2. Voice Issues
If you can not hear your voice, please check if you have disabled your microphone(In the settings); And also possibly, in the effects, check if you have the voice volum set the lowest.
4.3 Experience, Level up, VIP
4.3.1 How to level up?
Sending others gifts can increase your Wealth Level;
Broadcasting and receiving gifts can increase your EXP Level;
Keeping yourself online can increase your Active Level.
You can check how much points you need to level up in your profile page.
4.3.2 How to check privileges?
On Profile page, click Levels to check.
4.3.3 How to check VIP privileges?
On Profile page, click VIP to check.
4.3.4 If you have any problems related to your EXP, please send your Nickname, Account ID, Channel ID to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4.4 Not able to broadcast
4.4.1 Check your network: Try to switch your 2G network to 3G/4G/WiFi. If you are already using WiFi, try another network.
4.4.2 No problem with the network: Check if your MeeLive client is the latest version. If it is, please send your Nickname, Account ID, Channel ID, Phone model to email@example.com, we will work on it as soon as we can.
MeeLive gives people around the world the opportunity to discover and create real-time interactive content, by broadcasting live. In order for MeeLive to remain a healthy community to meet new people and participate in vibrant discussions, it's important that we establish community standards in an effort to safeguard the wellbeing of our users to the best of our ability. The following are a list of rules & guidelines, which, if violated, may result in a suspension or permanent ban from MeeLive.
5.1 Porn, sensitive information, commercial spams, violence and so forth should not be included in the account information (Nickname, Profile picture, Photos, Chat, Voice), once found, the user may result in a permanent ban.
5.2 Users who insult MeeLive Officials, make or spread rumars in the name of MeeLive Officials will be banned for one week. If serious, it may result in a permanent ban.
5.3 Users must treat all other community members with respect. MeeLive does not tolerate taunting, bullying, hate speech, racism, or otherwise harassing any other members. Once found, the users will be blocked for 3 days. If found for the second time, the users will be banned permanently.
5.4 The content should be healthy in MeeLive community. If the channel cover is related to porn, sensitive information, commercial spams, violence and other things which may harm the community, you will be asked to change your channel cover. If the channel name includes swear or curse words, you will be asked to modify your channel name. The users who are involved in such activities will be penalized depending on how serious the issue is.
5.5 Users must treat all other community members with respect. MeeLive does not tolerate taunting, bullying, hate speech, racism, or otherwise harassing any other members in the channels. Once found, the channel will be blocked for 3 days. If serious, the channel will be blocked permanently. Also the Admins will be penalized.
5.6 Coins can only be obtained by MeeLive official purchase methods. Obtaining coins from any other channels is non-legitimate to MeeLive and is totally forbidden. Once found, the device will be banned for one week, all the coins obtained non-legitimate will be removed. If coins not enough, EXP will be deducted. If serious, device will be banned permanently.
5.7 If more than 2 (including 2) accounts that break the rules show up on the same device, the device will be banned.
